Vom Feld in die Flasche

Seacliff beginnt mit Gerstengetreide aus den nährstoffreichen roten Böden der australischen Riverina Region – rückverfolgbar bis zum einzelnen Feld. Das Getreide wird mit reinem Quellwasser aus einem Aquifer in den Southern Highlands kombiniert – einem der saubersten Wasservorkommen Australiens.

Die Fermentation erfolgt kalt – ein Prozess der deutlich länger dauert als traditionelle Fermentation, aber in einem überlegenen Produkt resultiert das frei von vielen Unreinheiten ist. Vom Mahlen und Fermentieren bis zur Kohlefilterung und Abfüllung: alles in house. Kein Outsourcing, keine Kompromisse.
