At a Wallaby World Tasting, you take a break from everyday life and dive into the world of Australian craft spirits. No crash course, no standardized program – but a real evening with stories, taste, and good company.
What to Expect
We'll guide you through a selection of our handpicked spirits from Headlands Distilling Co. – from classic Australian Gin to the award-winning Seacliff Vodka, and even limited-edition Single Malt Whiskies aged in rare Australian cask varieties. Each product has a story, and we'll tell you about it personally.
- 3–5 spirits to taste
- Accompanying snacks
- Background knowledge on distillation, botanicals, and barrel aging
- Small, personal format – maximum 12 people
- Duration: approx. 2 hours
